I will draft the Purchase and Sales agreement for the attorney and explain your obligations.
I will account for the escrow monies held by RE/MAX Leading Edge.
I will explain the mortgage process to you and track the loan application, the appraisal and the final commitment.
I will meet the fire marshal for the smoke detector/ carbon monoxide certificate and coordinate the utility readings.
I will coordinate the closing and attend the final walk through.
